1.) Choose your 'bliss' spot. Example, "blissfully unaware tahiti"

2.) Choose a color for your location from the "color palette" on the previous page.
Use the corresponding number for the color on your order form.

3.) Fill out the order form with all the requested information and remember that there is a 36 minimum order on shirts.  Orders may be phoned, faxed or emailed in; if you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact Wendy & she would be pleased to assist you. Turn over time is 3 weeks; custom designs may take longer.

4.) Our payment policy is Net 5; advertising materials and your invoice will be mailed to you directly after you receive your order.
